Within its first two months of web presence, Queer Chronicles was announced as a site worth checking out by Atlanta radio station 99X. Alas, only the trashy awards were to follow: Gloryhole and the Bottom 1% of the Web! Butt ... no bragging here.

Queer Chronicles: The Flaming of Atlanta, a collection of the Southern years, will be available in paperback mid-March.

Kenneth Allen is the webmaster and author of QueerChronicles.com. A gay, Southern writer transplanted from Atlanta to New York City, the diary is a composite of his stories and observations. Other writing successes include being published at www.whosoever.org and in various gay-Christian publications on the web. Cherished Atlanta moments include being "vented" in the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. His poetry work has appeared in the National Individual Events Tournament Collegiate Finals of the American Forensic Association as well as several regional poetry and prose interpretation competitions. In addition to writing, Kenneth is a theatrical set, lighting, and sound designer and continues to work Off-Broadway and Off-Off as a technical director and designer.

And if you’re looking for the really pent up one, go see Frank.
